I recently got a bicycle and I love it. Today I rode about 12 miles from Crystal Palace from Elephant & Castle and it was hard!
This was a long ride, especially on the way back. I have got about 6 weeks left to get into some kind of shape as my first BAFL Premiership game is in April. My recent achievement is 2 reps of 100kg and my target is 6 reps by the start of the season. I’m trying to get my 5K time under 29mins consistently and single digit body-fat.
This is gonna be an experience!
