Sometimes I find myself visiting galleries and cafes in this great city. However the NPG, has got to be one of the best galleries in town.

It is situated just North of Trafalgar square, a few minutes walk from Charing cross station just opposite St Martins gallery on charing cross road.

Being a Photographer requires a sickening work ethic!

At this precise moment in my career, I feel like Cam Newton in the 2nd quarter of the 2010 SEC championship game. Behind in this game called life and hoping that I will catch a break and put together a series of plays. If you have seen that game, you might understand where my head is at…

I am reading a book at the moment by Malcolm Gladwell called ‘the tipping point’, which I would encourage everybody to read. Malcolm describes the tipping point as the one dramatic moment in an epidemic when everything can change at once. I believe the tipping point for Auburn in the SEC championship game came in the 3rd quarter but it started from Newton’s ultimate belief in his ability as the QB to make plays happen!

Koko London was formerly a theatre which has been transformed to a nightclub and now plays hosts to some of the world’s best entertainers. The closest tube station is Mornington Crescent which is literally right next to the venue.

Its a shame, I haven’t been to the venue yet. I had a chance to see Wretch 32 but the lack of organisation from promoters meant I never got my ticket.

My daily commute has me either going through or past Blackfriars station on a daily basis.The £350 million renovation of this station will be the first of its kind, in terms of functionality and design spanning across the River Thames.

Blackfriars station first opened in 1886 as St Paul’s by London Chatham and Dover Railway. It was designed by John Wolfe-Barry and Henry Marc Brunel. Four years later a new underground station was opened and the station was renamed Blackfriars by Southern Railway in 1937. The entire station, including the facade and the concourse, was modernised in the 1970s, the exception being the destination wall, which has been preserved at the mainline station platform

I really do hope that once this development is complete, it is deemed as a success.
